All bookings must be made through via phone. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. Advance Payment must be completed before booking and total amount should be paid once trip gets over.
4. Payment
Payment is required to confirm your reservation. Accepted payment methods include UPI/Cash/Bank Transfer. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before pickup.
6. Driver and Vehicle
All Our drivers are professionals without any criminal records. We strive to provide timely and professional service. However, Kalinga Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. All vehicles are maintained to high standards and are eco-friendly.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct and that they are available at the agreed pickup location and time. Any additional charges incurred during the trip (e.g., tolls, parking) are the responsibility of the customer.
